Where do you deliver?

We deliver in Verona city and in the main towns of the province of Verona.

How much does the delivery cost?

The price of delivery varies on the distance from our store. The cost is calculated when the address is entered.

Do you guarantee delivery on the chosen day?

Yes, we guarantee delivery on the selected day (excluding Sunday). Someone must be present at the address indicated to collect the flowers.

Delivered on same day?

Yes, we accept same-day deliveries.

What changes between “classic, big and deluxe”?

It’s the same composition, but the quantity of flowers and the size changes:
The “Classic” has comparable to a classic bouquet of flowers.
The “Big” has more flowers and corresponds to the bouquet shown in the photo, comparable to a large bouquet.
The “Deluxe” has a very large size with an abundant quantity of flowers compared to the bouquet shown in the photo.

Are the flowers fresh?

Quality is important for us! We only use high quality fresh flowers. By ordering directly from us, there will be no intermediary or hidden commission, 100% of the amount paid is therefore used in flowers and not in commissions or agencies.

Can I choose the delivery date?

Certainly. We know how important special occasions are, so we guarantee delivery on the chosen day (excluding Sundays).

Can I choose the delivery time?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time.

Can I send a message card with the flowers?

Certainly. On the cashier page you can write the message for the recipient.

Will I know when the order has been delivered?

Yes, when the order is delivered we will send you an e-mail. The service is performed for all orders even without having made a request.

How do you wrap the bouquets?

The bouquets will be elegantly packaged with colored paper or fabric (the color is at your choice), protective cellophane and a satin bow. The package is always included in the price.

What happens if the recipient is not at home?

If the recipient is not at home we will try to contact him by phone to arrange delivery or to receive instructions. In the event that the recipient is not reachable even by telephone, our representative will leave a notice on the doorbell with the time and date of the attempted delivery.

What payments do you accept?

Payment on our site is easy and safe, we accept all credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, VPay, American Express. Rechargeable cards, Postepay. We also accept Paypal.

What data do you need for delivery?

To made the delivery we need: name, surname, complete address (if the bell has a different name it must always be indicated) and telephone number. If the delivery is in a shop or company, the name and / or office must be specified. If the delivery is in a hospital, ward and room must be specified. Any data useful for delivery can be written in the notes field.

Can I pick up the flowers in the shop?

Yes, contact us by email to make a reservation, you can also pay in the shop by cards or cash.

Can I add some surprises to the flowers?

Yes, before completing the order you can add some extra products to make your surprise even more special!

Will the flowers be like in the picture?

The uniqueness, the impromptu nature and the naturalness of a bouquet of flowers are to be considered a value, as each composition is made following the shape, the natural size of the flower and according to a very precise art and technique, therefore the shape of the composition may vary from that displayed in the photo. Some flowers can be replaced according to their season or the availability of the day, they will in any case be replaced with similar flowers in order to respect the style and sense of the composition. Bouquets of red or white roses are never replaced.

Can I order over the phone?

For the English language we prefer orders by email.

What happens if I enter incorrect data?

We invite you to provide us with the correct data as soon as possible. In the event of entering incorrect data, the execution of the delivery is not guaranteed and no refund will be due. In the event that we have to make a second delivery due to incorrect data, payment of the delivery cost will be required.

Can i send flowers anywhere?

No. It is possible to send flowers to offices, shops, hotels, companies, homes or similar. To ensure delivery and avoid delays, it is always necessary to communicate all information, for example: room number and department, company name and / or office, delivery instructions in the case of isolated places, etc.
There is a special rate for deliveries to hospitals and airports.
We do not accept deliveries to places that are difficult to use such as: theaters, stations, universities, fairs, events, or any place that requires a ticket.

Can I send the order anonymously?

If you want to send the flowers anonymously, just don’t sign the message card.

Do you deliver funeral compositions?

Yes, they are available in the condolences section.
